Booking Appointments
All New Client appointments booked will be followed by an email with details to pay a deposit that will secure your booking. 50% dependent on service will be required to secure the booking and deducted from the final bill. This is NON REFUNDABLE/TRANSFERABLE...
(Your booking will be cancelled if the deposits is not paid within 2hours)
When booking here at Salon XV either on the booking site, email, social media or calling the salon. Please make sure when you get your confirmation email, you check the DATE/TIME and that who you are booked in with is correct within the 24hours of receiving it. If anything is incorrect please call the salon ASAP.
Salon Visits
As we have limited space in our reception, we kindly encourage our clients not to bring plus ones or mini plus ones with them. We also ask that no trollies or pushchairs are bought into the salon as it causes health and safety issues blocking fire exits.
Booking Colour Services
You will need to add a Blowdry or Cut & Blowdry service when booking online so that the colours can be checked by the stylist. If this is not booked and there is no one available your service may be moved to another day or cancelled.
Discounts
Under 13's 50% Off, Under 16's 20% Off & STUDENT 20% Off (Cuts only) with Valid Student ID Card. These are available ONLY on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to any appointment, anything after may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service/services missed or a charge of up to 50% of any service/services cancelled without enough notice.
No Show Fee
If you miss your appointment this can incur chargers from 50-100% dependent on services booked or if it's your first time to the salon.
